Career Conversations 2026: Training Is Now Available

Career Conversations launches Aug. 3. The university's annual performance feedback process for staff moves to an August–October cycle this year and will include a performance rating for all staff. The following trainings are available to help you prepare.

Self-Paced eLearning Module

An online training module is available now in EDGE Learning. It covers what's new, how the process works and what to expect in each phase. It should take approximately 15 minutes. Please complete it by July 31.

Staff Virtual Live Training Sessions

HR will host virtual training sessions and open office hours this summer where you can ask questions in real time and learn alongside your colleagues.

• July 14, 10-11 a.m. MST: Staff Live Training Session 
• Aug. 12, 1-2 p.m. MST: Staff Live Training Session 
• Aug. 26, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. MST: Staff Open Office Hours
